Three Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning
Phase 1 (rough clean) removes large debris, sweeps floors, and removes stickers and tape. Phase 2 (final clean) is a top-to-bottom detail that includes wiping down every surface, vacuuming and mopping all floors, polishing fixtures, and cleaning windows. Phase 3 (touch-up) is performed right before the buyer or tenant walkthrough and removes any dust or fingerprints accumulated during final inspections.
